These terms cover use of Bifocal Lenses Sourcing pages and inquiry forms. Bifocal Lenses Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We coordinate factory quote requests for bifocal lenses and related inquiry options. We do not manufacture lenses or frames, authorize brands, certify PPE, dispense prescriptions, or state that any supplier will accept an order.

Inquiries and quotes

Submitting a form asks us to review the written requirement and, where appropriate, request wholesale quotes. Supplier replies, prices, lead times, markings and shipment terms belong to the named factory. Eligibility for free sourcing support and up to 3% is confirmed only after product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements are reviewed for qualified business buyers.

No professional dispensing
