Bifocal Lenses Sourcing handles inquiry fields so we can review procurement requests and contact the submitter about factory quote coordination. We are an independent sourcing partner, not the manufacturer of the products described on inquiry cards.

Data we collect

Forms may collect name, work email, phone, company and the procurement requirement text. Optional helper fields for inquiry option, target budget and supplier preference are merged into the requirement field at submit when JavaScript is available. They are not separate backend field names.

How we use data

We use submitted details to clarify specifications, request supplier quotes and follow up on the same requirement. We do not sell inquiry lists. Supplier confirmation may require sharing relevant specification text with plants that can quote the stated scope.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to process the request and related follow-up, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
